ScalingPolicy applies scheduled scaling adjustments to existing ScaledObjects and ScaledJobs in the same namespace.

Select one or more targets, then define actions with start and end cron schedules. Each action can adjust polling intervals, replica bounds, or pause settings while the schedule is active.

Targets already managed by another ScalingPolicy are marked in the selector. Create only adds new target ownership and does not modify existing policies.
